BUSY DAY

I got so tired at work today. There was just a lot to do at the same time, and then nothing to do for certain times and it's icky that way. Well no that there was much of the nothing to do part.

I'm so glad that it's the weekend. Tonight I should be going out, however Nat isn't cos her mum's having an operation so she's going to stay with her. I hope that she'll be okay.

Yesterday we had a staff meal and it was hilarious. Bel, Mich, Josh, Nicky and I ended up in the corner table because we were being anti-social and wanted to watch Eastenders even though the others started their first course. But we had a laugh, cos then we decided to name everyone after an Easteneders character so people were hearing their names being bounced around our table! And there was wine flowing so that made things even funnier and then they also got traditional folklore singers so we were singing along and we were so rowdy! I conked out when I got home only to wake up at about 3 a.m. cos I slept with my electric blanket on and was boiling.

I sent out all my birthday invitations. What fun... I love my birthday so much.

Tomorrow evening we're going to see 'Chicago' at the theatre so that should be lots of fun and entertainment. And in the morning I have to go to the bank cos my Visa was sanctioned *yay* and then I'm going out with my dad and after that I've got a hairdresser's appointment. Saturdays are such great days :o)

It's Carnival weekend so there are going to be people all dressed up. Mind you with this season's fashion disasters you'd think that it was carnival everyday!! Lol. I'm not a big carnival fan.
